Strength exercises for legs, back, core, arms, and shoulders. Light warm-up, stretches at the end. We will start with bodyweight; and gradually you can add bands or dumbbells later (optional).
A yoga mat or non-slip floor. Water bottle, bands or dumbbells optional. Any normal house room works, shoes (optional).
